Mindset
With a bit of pride puts into what you do is a good thing, as it makes you try harder do better in everything you do in life.
Too much pride however, you won't be able to improve much as it makes you afraid of losing, getting things wrong, be the laughing stock and the list goes on.
One thing I'm still very much puzzled is, what is so wrong of admitting you're wrong by saying I'm sorry?
Learn from it, move on. Period.
Why must one hide behind the curtain that's called "company", "corporate", "organisation" and going round not getting straight to the point?
Own up to it!
At the same time, I also don't get the employer's mindset.
Take away job satisfaction, remuneration and everything else in between, how can team leaders, supervisors, managers, directors, executives, etc not looking into instilling a simple but powerful mindset of an inquisitive mind that takes initiatives?
Every single one of us, so long we know what we want to do with the money earned, with the desire to make more, buy more, own more, our mind is indeed, in working order!
This same mind can be fine tuned to achieve more!
The easy way out is always giving excuse that the downlines "don't get it" or worse, "won't get it"!
If only everyone of us is influencing people close to us, our family members, loved ones, colleagues, employees, the person that serves your food daily, your mechanic, your maid, your superior, your boss and everyone else you come to be in contact with daily, to own up to their actions, wouldn't life in return, be more straight forward and improved drastically over night?
No one has to change drastically!
By shifting the mindset just a little, amazing things can happen!
Don't give yourself excuses not to do it. Give yourself ONE reason why you need to do it!
That simple reason is: You will improve your life in leaps and bounds!
Remember this, life is easy for those without a life, as they merely drifting from day to day.
The moment you have a goal in life, it may seem difficult at first as you have a target. But the ride is gonna be absolutely marvellous!
How come I know?
Hey, I'm living it every single day of my life!
Don't forget, by not improving yourself, you will be yesterday's news as the world is moving forward and you will be left behind?
That is, unless you die now!

2011: It's been an awesome year!
I don't need to wait til X'mas and New Year to know that it's been an awesome year for me!
I reconnected with childhood friends that I have lost touch for more than 20 years!
I played a small part in getting friends to contribute to those effected by tsunami in Japan.
I am more aware that everything happens for a reason and it's not about me. It's about how I can make a different in this world. Big or small.
I played a part in creating a functional beverage that will help improving people's health.
I gave up buying myself X'mas presents and gave the money to children's homes instead.
I played a small part in contributing to presents for less privileged children.
I got involved in creating a new retail concept to a brand I like.
I helped to connect and put people together just because I know they can help each other.
This sense of achievements and being at ease with myself, no one can take that away from me!
I love being able to do this and I am hoping that I can continue to do it year after year, bigger and better every year.
Here's looking forward to a better health so I can start travel to see and experience the world again.
To reconnect with old friends and make new friends all over the world!
Thank you Heavenly Father for this new found insight!
I want to relive this life of mine differently this time!

Is Money Everything?
Oh yeah!
That's my answer if you were to ask me this up til about 2 years ago!
Last year, I went through a mindset change.
This year, I will look into your eyes and tell you this:
1. Money isn't everything.
2. Health is everything. Not only to you. But more so to the ones you love!
3. Accept this fact and you will see a positive change in your life!
Not easy reaching that stage.
Along the way, I was constantly bombarded by opportunities, items, scenarios to put my believe to test.
Took me a year to finally embrace my new philosophy. At times, I still been challenged by circumstances.
But hey, it's only when you made up your mind things started to get tough. You can excel and be a better person or you can go back to the old ways.
Why not? Before that, your life appear to be smooth and easy. Right?
NOT!
It's only when you treat money right that the money grows for you. Otherwise, you are slave to it and it will be a constant struggle to keep it!
Been there. Done that.
What I have learnt over the years are:
1. Treat people with dignity.
2. It's better to keep to your values than trade them for monetary rewards.
3. Be true to yourself, find your passion and stay with it.
Also:
1. Believe that if you are doing things with your heart, success will follow.
2. Success is more than monetary rewards.
3. If you believed what you do can make positive change to people's life instead of just yours, you are well on the way to achieve true Health, Wealth, Peace and Happiness.
Never lose track!

Gout!
Hmm...
I'm trying to keep an open mind but at times, I am rather agitated with comments like I'm living a decadent lifestyle that's why I have gout!
Food may play an important part of gout attack, but not entirely true.
Likewise, alcohol does not give you gout, it triggers gout attack!
But hey, I got gout when I was in my early twenties not because I was a rich SOB!
I got it because I was so poor as a university student pursuing my dreams in UK studying design!
I had to choose between buying decent food or investing the money in art equipment to create better artwork, design and/or presentation work.
I chose work almost every time without hesitant!
So I got creative with my cheap canned tuna! Spaghetti, pizza, fried rice, noodle, rice noodle, salad, spud... All with tuna!
Excessive protein in tuna turned into purin, purin in turned, became uric acid and when the liver got flooded with it, it got into my blood and slowly but surely, GOUT!
I wouldn't wish my greatest enemy to have gout as it is such a painful experience.
New sufferer of gout, you better believe me when I say if you got it on your thumb, finger, elbow, ankle or knee and it (when it started, only one of your joints will be affected) is sensitive to even the graze of the blanket, it's nothing!
Seriously nothing!
Things like Rheumox, Voltaren, etc, COX2 painkiller can address it and after 3 to 5 days, it goes away.
You probably get it twice a year. Maybe 3 or 4 times a year. No big deal huh?
Wait...
Truth is the moment you get it, it won't go away and if there's no change in lifestyle (red meat, shell fish, etc), it will definitely get worse...
There's also this thing called colchicine that you think is a miracle drug as after taking 3 to 4 times a day for one to three days, you think it flushes out the excess uric acid... Better start Google it as now there are more research done on gout as compared to 20+ years ago when I started having it.
Based on my experience (of course I do not have clinical studies but only look at myself, experience with food intake, medical check up, etc), things will get worse until it start to attack your muscles!
It doesn't happen overnight, but slowly and surely over the years... Without knowing it, one day I realized not only my joints are all stiff and I couldn't even squat down, I lost my calf muscles, thigh muscles and forearm muscles.
I can't play tennis, cycle, swim, etc as every time I do it, it trigger another gout attack!
I only have myself to blame as I truly neglected my health!
Even taking supplement with the hope that antioxidant can help to flush out the uric acid ended in pain!
Simply because any fluctuation in uric acid level in blood (up or down), it triggers another attack!
The years of pain killer also taken it's toll on my liver. So your body starts to get weak!
What can you do?
Well, first, don't get to this stage!
Now that I'm at this stage, everyday for the last 2 years, I wake up with stiff legs, numb feet on a good day.
On a not too good day, in pain. Over the years, it's become bearable pain!
When I have less pain, I am thankful! Imagine!
Taking med to control and lower the uric acid is one way to surely but slowly get back a less painful life, but long term side effect is the one I donno of as yet. But there must be, just like taking med for my blood sugar.
Is there a supplement to help? I donno as supplement is something not enough clinical studies to established the efficacies.
I am taking traditional herbs with the hope that it addresses not the symptoms but the cause. But hey, I abused my body for well over twenty years, I only started this the last 6 months.
I need months further down the road to see the effect... Simply because after trying a few miracle drugs, I finally have to accept the fact that the ones given me instant results have side effects. The faster the results, the worse the side effects!
I hope:
1. You can pass this on to your loved ones and people you care about just so they know.
2. Don't think by eating right, you won't get gout as it got to do with your liver's health. Beans and vegetable can trigger and/or cause gout too.
3. No one in their right mind wants to have this if they know what I know at early stages!
I'm thankful for the tips and traditional cures that people shared with me over the years. I believe them when they say either they or their friends tried and worked.
Probably it's because theirs are not as chronic as mine.
For me, I have to accept it will take time but I believe I can overcome this one day. Address the cause and not the symptoms.
Until then, I just found out I can't eat duck from now.
That, is another item on my long list...
If you're curious, stay away from red meat, shell fish and vegetable protein mainly.
When gout attacks, diary products will prolong it and at times, make it worse.
I notice chicken, turkey, fish (mainly with white flesh) and pork are safe for me.
Hope you will only know of gout but never have to live through it!
Stay well, stay healthy.
Health is wealth!

A Balanced Life
Even a simple personal objective of mine can be read differently by different people!
I am flabbergasted when I found out to some, a balanced life means doing the least or taking the easier route just so there's less stress!
My definition of A Balance Life is:
1. Doing the best that I can, sometimes even trying harder than my previous attempts just so I know I have done my utter best.
2. Thing beyond my control, learn to accept it.
3. When in doubt, revisit point 1.
I found out the last 2 years if I could successfully achieve point 1 to 3, I'm a happier person. I get to truly use my free time to "not think" and purely enjoy the moment!
This has also lead to having better time spent with family and love ones.
In brief, purely enjoy the NOW time.
I guess one thing I missed out is, have a positive mindset to know that if I have done my very best and if it's the right thing I am going for, all will be just fine!
Everything happens for a reason. The most important thing is, do your best and there must be passion in what you do!
So, here's to my childhood friends, old friends, buddies, family and loved ones, leading a balanced life comes with a positive mindset!
For those that I have been pushing hard for you to challenge yourselves, it's because I see the potential in you.
For those that I haven't and/or don't... I'm sorry... The mind gap is so pronounced that I donno where to start...
I hope one day we can meet in the middle and explore further...
With this, I hope I can rest my mind and don't feel frustrated that I can't help more people in my life.
After all, I need to have the Serenity to Accept Things I Can't Change to lead a more Balanced Life!
Last but not least, I thank Heavenly Father for being my guiding light.

1Malaysia
Three contractors bidding to fix a broken fence at the PM's residence.
One is from MIC, another, MCA and the third is from UMNO.
All three go with the PM's House-official to examine the fence.
The MIC contractor takes out a tape measure and does some
measuring, then works some figures with a pencil.
"Well," he says, "I figure the job will run about $900: $400 for materials, $400 for my crew and $100 profit for me."
The MCA contractor also does some measuring and figuring, then says, "I can do this job for $700: $300 for materials, $300 for my crew and $100 profit for me."
The UMNO contractor doesn't measure or figure, but leans over to the House-official and whispers, "$2,700."
The official, incredulous, says, "You didn't even measure like the
other guys! How did you come up with such a high figure?"
The UMNO contractor whispers back, "$1000 for me, $1000 for you. We hire the guy from MCA to fix the fence."
"Done!" replies the government official.
And that, my friends, is 1Malaysia!

Good Night Sayang, One Last Time.

You greeted me outside the gate every evening without failed.
In time, you jumped into my car when I opened the car door; when I was supposed to get out of the car to open the gate.
In time, you jumped into my car when I opened the car door; when I was supposed to get out of the car to open the gate.
You soon became part of my life.
Through thick and thin, you stuck by me.
You enjoyed my success together with me and you stayed with me when times were bad.
From a playful and at times, impossible one year old, you have grown to be an adorable, loyal, sweet and beautiful adult dog.

You enjoyed my success together with me and you stayed with me when times were bad.
From a playful and at times, impossible one year old, you have grown to be an adorable, loyal, sweet and beautiful adult dog.
You grew old gracefully and continued to be there everyday.
Greeting me when I left the house and waiting patiently for me to come home.
You used to be able to squeeze through the gate to go for your walk about but always came back just in time to see me getting out of the house to go to work.
When I reached home, you would be there waiting!

When I reached home, you would be there waiting!
The few times I caught you coming home after I was at home, I discovered that you could be shy and tried to hide your embarrassment by burying your face on my lap!
I loved it when you did that!
You used to follow next to the car until I reached the main junction around the corner every time I left the house.
I loved it when you did that!
You used to follow next to the car until I reached the main junction around the corner every time I left the house.
You grew a little wider over the years. I had to saw one of the bars from the gate just so you could get out to do your daily walk about.
When Pam came into my life, you accepted her and became a great companion to us.
The last few years, my health deteriorated and I didn't get the chance to spend much time with you everyday.

But whenever I got the chance to go out, you would be waiting for me at the front door and when I came back, you were always waiting by the gate patiently for me to let you out for your walk about.
It took you some time to get used to staying at home without being able to go out through the gate after your visit to the hospital 2 years back, when we decided to let you spent more time at home.

You adjusted well my love.
Looking back, I'm so glad we did the renovation. You got the chance to stay at the front of house instead of being alone at the back.
You seemed happier as you continued to go out for your walk. Even though it's only twice a day instead of as you liked.

You were less alert as compared to before, but I was happy for you as I felt you should be enjoying your old age, rest more and slept more.
You left us on Easter Monday, April 26 without saying goodbye.
But from your sleeping position, I believed you passed on in your sleep.
I thank God that you didn't suffer and passed away peacefully.

Girl, just over the weekend I have embarked on the next phase of my life. I thought you were going to give me at least the next few years to move us all into a bigger house with more space for you to run around.
I'm sorry it took me too long.
Thank you for coming into my life.
I'm sorry it took me too long.
Thank you for coming into my life.
Thank you for being my only companion for many years until Pam came into both our lives.
Thank you for the memories. 14 years of great friendship and companionship.
I'm glad I told you I love you just few days back.
Thank you Girl.

Marketing 101 - The Malaysian Way
Isn't this an easier way to understand Marketing? When it is relevant!
Samy Vellu sees a gorgeous girl at a party.
He goes up to her and says: "I am very rich. Marry me!"
That's Direct Marketing.
Mukhriz sees a gorgeous girl at a party.
One of his loyal UMNO friends goes up to her and pointing
at Mukhriz and says: "He's very rich. Marry him!"
That's Advertising.
Khir Toyol sees a gorgeous girl at a party.
He goes up to her and gets her telephone number.
The next day, he calls and says: "Hi, I'm very rich. Marry me!"
That's Telemarketing.
Khairy is at a party and sees a gorgeous girl.
He gets up and straightens his tie, walks up to her and pours her a
drink, he opens the door (of the car) for her, picks up her bag after
she drops it, offers her ride and then says:
"By the way, I'm rich. Will you Marry Me?"
That's Public Relations.
Razak Baginda is at a party and sees a gorgeous girl.
The girl walks up to him and says:
"You are very rich! Can you marry me?"
That's Brand Recognition.
Syed Hamid sees a gorgeous girl at a party.
He goes up to her and says: "I am very rich. Marry me!"
She gives Hamid a tight and hard slap on his face.
That's Customer Feedback.
Not satisfied, Hamid goes to see another gorgeous girl at a party.
He goes up to her and says: "I am very rich. Marry me!"
And she introduces Hamid to her husband.
That's Demand and Supply gap.
Abdullah sees a gorgeous girl at a party.
He goes up to her and before he can say anything,
another person comes and tells her: "I'm rich. Will you marry me?"
And she goes with him.
That's competition eating into your market share.
And finally Najib sees a gorgeous girl at a party.
He goes up to her and before he can say: "I'm rich, Marry me!"
Rosmah arrives.
That's restriction for entering new market.

Who is John?
If you don't know John Ong...
if you're from Penang...
If you speak Hokkien...
You'd better.
He is the founder...
He is the host...
He is the one behind...
Penang Hokkien podcast.
We finally got the chance to meet and chat after not seeing each other for about 27 years.
I thought it was 21 years as I assumed we met the evening before his sister gotten married.
But from conversation, we believed we didn't.
I'm so thrilled to finally meet him not because he is John Ong the celebrity.
It was great meeting him because he is still the same John I remember when we were kids!
Now, that is one of Life's Precious Moments ;)

Natural Healing
I do not know for sure. But at the same time, I do know from my own experience that the medicine I have been taking is giving me side effects and additional health issues.
Recently, I was re-introduced to something I bought for my mum, aunt and my cousin's mother a few years ago.
It's called Scalar Energy pendant.
I feel different few days after wearing the pendant.
I have never felt so energetic for a very long time!
The tightness on my ankles and pain on my knees gone!
I could walk up and down the stairs! Something I have been struggling to do for many, many, many months!
I continue to feel good waking up in the morning.
Thanks for re-introducing me to this great product Xin Yii ;)

How Do You Want to be Treated
Now that I am feeling better more than half the time, my mind started to do more thinking, instead of blocking the pain!
So I get to think a little more about things...
Growing up, I was introduced to harsh discipline, unlike most kids my time and definitely very different from kids these days.
I was used to words like stupid, no brain, because I said so and a good beating when I refused to accept "I told you so" as an answer.
So I worked hard, I strived even harder to ensure I knew better than the rest on things I liked and did so no one could ever label me. Ever!
Talk about negative encouragements!
I know for a fact if I allowed this to happen to my own kids, the vicious cycle will continue to the next generation. This just isn't right and I want it to stop at me.
I am thankful I discovered this now as I haven't started family of my own just yet.
I wouldn't want to label my kids stupid, no brain, etc when they grow up, or for them to call me that when I grow old.
At the same time, I need to find a way to get through to them at an early age that listening skill, power of observation and being able to think logically and make sound decisions are all life's skills needed to be a complete human being.
There is no Parenting 101. But I know I have people that I can ask for help and guidance.
For a start, I have Dr & Mrs Kok.
For them to have 4 great kids, they must have done something very right!
I know for a fact that Mrs Kok has parents that brought her 2 brothers and her up well too. We have been neighbours before I was even born!
So I am indeed very blessed to have reconnected with them just recently!

Dr & Mrs Kok

Mrs Kok's (Agatha) dad

and mum
P.S.
Yo Dr Kok, when I grow up I wanna be just like you :D

Still Finding My Ways
Not too long ago, I thought life was about fulfilling my childhood dreams.
I bought myself the coupe, the hatchback and the roadsters my father promised to get me when I got my driving license.
He passed away before I reached driving age.
Anyway, I got them all later on!
Then I realized life is more than material things.
I needed to refocus.
I started my own business, from providing small scale brand consultation work to working with agencies and setting up partnerships to pitch for major branding projects.
Life became work.
Work was life.
Eventually, I started to search for more meaningful things in life.
Hence, earlier this year, I started to focus on:
Health in my body,
Wealth in my life,
Peace in my heart,
Joy in my home.
Just today, I finally realized I need to accept one thing, the one thing that most probably will give me joy in my home and peace in my heart:
Live for myself. Live my life.
Live a life I intend to live.
I need to learn to let go.
Just need to figure out how much is enough of a let go.
Funny this thing called life.
I thought I was selfish when it used to be all about me and my dreams.
I've just come a full circle.
It's just that I haven't figured out what's the difference between then and now.
Not just yet...

You're Not The Only One!
Do you measure success by comparing against your friends?
Bigger cars, better house, fancier job title, nicer expense account, traveled to more cities and countries than you can ever remember?
Or do you think you are great just because you are special?
When you are unwell, ill, down and out in life, do you think you are the worst?
Do you expect the GOD you believe in to come to you just because you needed HIM?
I am guilty in some (perhaps most of the above)!
So what if I could afford to own many sports cars? Lead a high flying life? Spend money like there's no tomorrow? Own every gadgets I ever like?
When my soul is empty, material things are a temporary measures.
What is so special about my illness? The pain I endured and the side effects I am still going through every single day?
What's the big deal that I still can't play the tennis I enjoy?
I should be grateful I am given a second chance to re-look at my life, a chance to re-examine the true importance of my existence.
I should be thankful every single morning I can still wake up, thus giving me the opportunities to at least attempt to right the wrongs!
You are an inspiration, Agatha.
I am grateful we managed to re-connect and I appreciate you sharing your life experience with me.
You are still the Hwoi Ying I know of ever since I could remember!

How would you cope...
...if you are no longer able to do something you enjoy?
I have to confront this question when I went for my tennis earlier this morning.
I love the game ever since my high school friend introduced it to me 28 years ago.
Pain in my shoulder, elbow and both wrists stop me from hitting out.
Pain on my right knee prohibits me from chasing after the balls and bend low enough to hit my backhand properly.
Both my ankles are too weak to make the sudden stops and turns.
Was it fun?
Well, the sweating was. I have not sweat this much for a long time! Love it. Made me feel alive!
But no, it wasn't fun at all having to come to terms with the fact that I am still not healthy and fit enough to get back to the game I enjoy most.
Looks like in the short term at least, I need to sort out my health before I can even get back to shape for tennis.
I need to figure this out...

Hari Raya 2010: Part One
This is a very meaningful Raya to me as I learned something important of life, about life and with life.
Approximately a week prior to Raya, I asked my wife whether we will be visiting her childhood friend Yoni.
She told me Yoni has neither picked up nor returned her calls. I asked her what's next, she told me we would gate crash worst case!
I like Yoni and her family. I met them once during Raya last year. Gate crash Hari Raya Open House sounded like a cool thing to do!
2 days prior to visiting Yoni, I walked into our bedroom seeing my wife crying in vain! She blurted out "My friend's mother just passed away!"
She was referring to Yoni's mother.
Not my childhood friend, not my best friend, just the word "friend".
I knew Yoni and Pam are close and she used to spend her childhood in East Coast with Yoni's family.
But I have no idea the sort of closeness she has with Yoni's family. The friendship they have over the years is something very special.
It's so special that it doesn't need any particular word/phrase to define. Just a simple word: Friend!
It's so special that it doesn't need any particular word/phrase to define. Just a simple word: Friend!
We visited Yoni on the second day of Raya.
I had meaningful conversation with Yoni's father, her brother and Yoni.
That day, I got to know the compassionate side of my wife and her childhood better.
I promised myself I will make an effort to get to know Yoni and her father better and I will not wait til next Raya to visit them.
Here's to you aunty, may you rest in peace and bless your family and loved ones; Let them think of you with fond memories and not sadness.

Wouldn't It Be Nice...
... to receive good news on the project I have been working on soon?
... to start the quest in enabling people to change life for the better?
... to have the contract signed and sealed as a birthday present to myself?
Now, that would truly be a meaningful 2010!

Life In Moderations
The last months, I have been having moments where I thought I was getting better, except it didn't last.
Hope this time, This Is It!

I will be able to do things I have taken for granted and longing to do the last 6 months.
However, there will be changes:
I will live life in moderations
I will have a more balanced life
I will lead a healthier life
I will spend quality time with family and friends
I will revisit places with fond memories
I will explore new places with family and loved ones
Most important of all, I would love to make positive changes to people's lives in ways and means I am capable of.
I thank God for putting me through this journey of self discovery.
Can't wait for my new journey to start!
I will never be perfect, but I will learn to be better each day.
How Do You Measure Success?
Was watching this movie in the afternoon. By the time I switched to this movie, it has probably started half way. However, the moment I saw it, I knew I have seen it some time before. In fact, it was a very long time ago...
Funny how the mind works. I started to remember the interior of the house, the theme (which is bare minimalism), colour scheme, the sand-blasted main glass door, the Porche 911 that's parked outside, coming back to an empty home... (this was the beginning I missed but remember vividly).
What I recalled all those years back was how cool I thought the character was. Successful, independent, living in a contemporary house with a 2 door sports car.
I wanted to be like him!
Well, plus the fact that he's Bruce Willis! My favourite star since Moonlighting TV series.
What I have missed out then that I picked up this time round are things I never thought at that point in time would matter to me.
It made me realised what an arrogant bastard I have been.
Blinded by greed and desire. Thought I could do no wrong, could control anything and everything, at any given day and time.
Money, position, perks, recognitions were how I measured my success.
I truly thought I was successful!
The part that I watched before but did not relate to the last time came pounding on me hard this time round:
It's about opening up instead of keeping it all in.
The past is history we can't change.
The future is how we want it to be.
The present matters as it shapes our future.
Most important of all, success comes from the heart!
This year has been rather challenging for me with my health. It was a life changing experience for me as I finally comprehend the fundamentals of life.
This movie just reinforced to me the true meaning of success.

My definition of success:
Being able to make positive changes to people's lives through my believe, my work, my life.
Life Live. Transcend Life.

What If...
I have mentioned about how important health is in my previous posts.
Even though health is what's important to me, but I guess deep down I am still unsure of the importance despite the fact I said it is.
I believe I have just found the true importance of health moments ago.
I've been having a very bad gout attack the last 3 days.
This time, I had it on my right knee. The one I heavily bruised and hospitalized for 21 days almost 12 years ago.
This time the attack is bad. My knee swells up like a small melon.
I freaked out when I first saw it as the swelling is unusual (reminded me of the incident 12 years ago) except this time no injury!
But other then the initial shock, I have no time to be worried as the throbbing pain was so bad I either couldn't sleep or I woke up due to the excrutiating pain.
Every waking moment was a struggle trying not to think about the pain!
It got better late this morning, after several doses of colchicine, diclofenac, topical and oral esterified fatty acid (EFA) since last night.
I still couldn't straighten my leg but the pain is bearable. I can't walk normal as one leg is now shorter than the other.
As I was limping in pain out of the bedroom, I could see things clearly!
I started asking myself these questions:
What if the pain is gone but I no longer be able to walk normal as my leg couldn't straighten?
What if I continue to have gout attack as bad as this and I can't walk half the time?
These lead me to the brutal truth that:
I will no longer be able to walk hand in hand with my wife.
I will not be able to lead an active life.
I will not be able to drive the sportscars I plan to get myself over the next few years.
I will not be able to drive!
I will not be able to carry out daily chores and activities!
I am thankful I get to finally see things clearly!
I want my health back and I will pray for a healthy body before other things.
I thank God for showing me the true meaning of a healthy life.
